With the ever-expanding Bence Command portfolio, Bence are pleased to announce the success in the recent Tyne & Wear competitive tender.
The command unit is designed on the latest Volvo FLL chassis cab, providing safe crew transportation with stowage for PPE built into the cab design.
On the rear, the body has been designed to support incident ground functions. These include a communications suite with a variety of communication methods, from satellite comms to fireground radio.
Bence have also integrated their latest command and control technology, with an integrated private LTE network, offering over 1km radius from the central node. In addition, as part of the package, Bence have offered their latest 4G bodyworn camera solutions which allow for full HD streaming from anywhere on the fireground.
We look forward to displaying the unit at this year’s Emergency Services Show with kind permission from Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Service. Come and see us on Stand E51 from 19th to 21st September 2017 at the NEC. Further information about the Show will be published later on in the year.
